At KSong (operated by Sigalabs O.E.), we strive to provide the best AI-powered K-Pop song creation experience. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and granted.

14-Day Refund Window

All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of your purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds must be requested within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.

Eligible Refund Situations

You may be eligible for a full refund in the following circumstances:

  • Technical Failure: We are unable to generate or deliver your song due to technical issues on our end (server failures, system errors, etc.)
  • Service Unavailability: Our service is completely unavailable and we cannot fulfill your order within a reasonable timeframe
  • Significant Deviation: The delivered content significantly deviates from your specifications due to a documented system error or bug
  • Payment Error: You were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same order

Non-Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of Mind: You simply changed your mind after the song was successfully generated and delivered
  • Subjective Preferences: You dislike the creative output, style, or artistic direction (AI-generated content is inherently creative and subjective)
  • User Error: Incorrect or vague input provided by you that results in unexpected output
  • Minor Variations: Small differences in lyrics, melody, or style that don't constitute a system failure
  • After 14 Days: Any refund request submitted more than 14 days after purchase
  • Successful Delivery: The song was generated and delivered successfully according to your specifications

How to Request a Refund

  • Your full name and email address used for the purchase
  • Order ID or transaction ID
  • Date of purchase
  • Detailed explanation of the issue
  • Screenshots or evidence of the technical problem (if applicable)

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved:

  • We will process your refund within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
