The user receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AI-generated content for personal use. Commercial use requires a separate license. The user assumes full responsibility for any infringement arising from commercial exploitation.
AI content is algorithmically generated. Any resemblance to existing works is coincidental and not intended as reproduction.

Due to the custom nature of our AI-generated K-Pop songs, refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if: (1) we fail to deliver your song due to technical issues on our end, (2) the delivered content significantly deviates from your specifications due to system error, or (3) you experience a service failure that prevents song generation. Refund requests must be submitted via our <a href='/contact' class='text-blue-400 hover:underline'>contact page</a> with your order details. You retain ownership of the personal stories and information you provide to us. Once generated and paid for, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the personalized K-Pop songs created for you for personal purposes only.
KSong retains ownership of our platform, AI technology, algorithms, and any improvements we make. Our branding, logos, and website content are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You grant us a limited license to use your input to generate lyrics for you and to improve our services. We may use anonymized data to enhance our AI algorithms. AI prompts and generated files are not used for model training.
We strive to provide uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may need to suspend service temporarily for maintenance or updates.
Our K-Pop songs are generated by AI and while we strive for quality, we cannot guarantee that every output will meet your expectations. The AI may occasionally produce unexpected or inappropriate content despite our safeguards.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KSong shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
